Salon Policies
Kindly review our policies thoroughly. By booking with us or visiting our salon, you acknowledge and accept them.
– Our prices are correspondent across website, booking system, and in-store menu price list. Any service with a + after the price is variable price. You can always ask for final price before choosing your service(s).
– Our technicians may suggest an add-on (e.g. gel polish, nail design, a different service, etc.) during service. If you agree to an upgrade or additional services, you’ll be responsible for payment based on those charges.
– No cash refunds will be given after you service done.
– As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted the charges of the services provided to your nails.
– If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
– We have a 10 minutes grace period after your appointment time. Give us a call in case you are running late, or need to reschedule your appointment.
– If you are late without informing us, your visit will be considered as walk-in. We will not guarantee service with the same Technician at preferred time.
We are not permitted to perform ingrown nail removals. This action can only be performed by a medical professional. What we can help with is trim the nail, care for the skin around the nail, and moisturize the area to help alleviate the issue.
– Please note that waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc.
– We are not responsible for any irrigation or allergic reactions associated with the wax.
– If you have allergies to the wax or any medication, you must tell us before we start the process.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
– All nail services are guaranteed for 3 days after your appointment. All repairs (with original color and/or design) will be done at the salon, as walk-in ONLY, and within a maximum of 7 days after the original service date. No refund will be given. A change of color will incur additional charge as a new service.
– Repairs after guarantee time will be charged as ‘Nails Fix’ service.
– Traditional polish (or regular polish) services are not guaranteed after you walk out of the salon. So please always check your nails/toes before leaving. We recommend you dry your nails for at least 15 minutes.
– We will not be responsible for any infected nails.
– Anyone with a health/nail’s condition we suspect may be contagious, open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
– Anyone with 03 consecutive no-show records in our system will be considered as a walk-in customer.
– Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior and/or language to our nail technicians and other customers.
– We accept Cash and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover). We have credit card terminal with tap-to-pay feature. Please note we do NOT accept key-in transaction for your payment settlement.
– Final payment settlement excludes tips.
– Gratuities are greatly appreciated. You can tip on the card. However, we prefer cash tips, and/or Venmo/CashApp that you can send directly to your technician(s).
– No returns or exchanges of products purchased.
– Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
– Gift certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
– We are not liable to redeem any gift certificates that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
– For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
– To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not running around, yelling or crying. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
– Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time.
– Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.
– We are not responsible for any personal items that were damaged during services.
– We are not responsible for any loss or stolen item that occurred in our establishment.
– Please check if any of your belongings are left behind.
